QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or Marketing
- Must have 1-2 years of work-related experience in Finance or Sales field; a minimum of one (1) year in a Supervisory capacity
- Must have basic credit knowledge
- Should be a strategist and capable to think out of the box
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure the effective completion of their responsibilities
- Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure the growth of the branch
- Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates on the branch operations status
- Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients actively participates in them
- Maintains business partnerships between the company and its business partners such as loan consultants and the other marketing organizations
- Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents
