BRANCH MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or Marketing
  • Must have 1-2 years of work-related experience in Finance or Sales field; a minimum of one (1) year in a Supervisory capacity
  • Must have basic credit knowledge
  • Should be a strategist and capable to think out of the box
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure the effective completion of their responsibilities
  • Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure the growth of the branch
  • Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates on the branch operations status
  • Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients actively participates in them
  • Maintains business partnerships between the company and its business partners such as loan consultants and the other marketing organizations
  • Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents
