• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or other related courses
• With at least three years of work experience in a financing company or banking industry, two years preferably in a managerial level
• Has experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Must have technical marketing skills, product and industry knowledge
• Has excellent skills in communication (written and oral), decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Can build rapport with both internal and external clients
• Can handle pressure and challenging situations
• Willing to travel for fieldwork
